Dr Ali al-Azzawi - Managing Director & User Experience Specialist | Hayder Fekaiki - Director of Sales | |
| Working in a variety of projects and disciplines (Science & Technology to Personal Communication and Applied Psychology), Ali makes complex tasks and issues become simple and attainable realities. Ali founded Openia on the basis of providing a good human experience with technology: he continues this HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) and Psychology research as a Visiting Fellow at the University of Surrey (DWRC), and ensures that this remains at the core of all Openia’s projects. | Hayder’s professional career spans over 18 years managing computer businesses and leading IT projects. Qualified as a computer engineer, (’87 Northeastern University, Boston, Ma.), he successfully combines his training and management skills to interface different professional environments to deliver on business objectives. Hayder's experience also extends to other disciplines such as publishing operations, marketing, commercial sponsorship and corporate communications. | |

Richard Watson - Technical Director | Bill Gannon – CMS & CSS Specialist | |
| Richard has been a valuable member of Openia’s team for more than six years, bringing extensive systems, network and web development expertise. In addition, Richard has an in-depth knowledge of Plone structures and system architecture, and is dedicated to ‘best practice’ code development, especially accessibility. | After leaving Oxford University with a First Class Honours degree, Bill worked at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory for 10 years (designing high performance integrated circuits). Bill joined Openia to work on the Plone CMS and PHP systems and has been a very valuable member of the development and network team. | |

| Tina will be your main point of contact, your advocate and your champion. She will also be actively translating your needs into the right technical language (and vice versa). Tina has a well proven track record in managing complex IT projects, and has gained experience from working with establishments such as IBM, Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, and with e-commerce companies. | William has been working in the Information Technology sector since 1976. Today, his focus is on scalable web-based data management applications using many types of available technologies | |

Pawel Lewicki – Plone Specialist | ||
| Pawel completed his Masters degree in Information Systems with his thesis focusing on portal design, and specifically using technologies the underpin Plone. Since joining Openia, Pawel has proved his technical wizardry by making tangible and significant improvements and performance enhancement to complex database-driven CMS applications for several clients. |
