Openia favours Site Valet
Site Valet is selected as the forerunner in checking site accessibility.
Site Valet was originally created in 2000 by Nick Kew, as a toolkit integrating new and existing tools. A website monitoring service was developed later that year. It is based on a range of opensource software including Linux and BSD, Apache, mod_xml, gcc, Perl and PostgreSQL, and libraries including OpenSP, Xerces and libxml. The online and more recently the desktop tools are in continual development.
