Openia is committed to maintaining customer privacy and maintaining the security of any personal data which we receive from you.
We are also committed to responsible data management and subscribes to the principles of data protection legislation in the United Kingdom. Visitors that purchase, promote or use our products will be asked to enter basic personal information. This information on our database is not available for sale and use by third parties, beyond the essential requirement for credit card validation during purchase. The information is used solely for our billing and payment purposes, and notifying customers and partners of future updates to our products or services. We have no email newsletter at this time, and none will be sent without permission from customers.
No credit card information is recieved or stored with us. A payment gateway company, Protex, takes and processes this information on our behalf and then cleares the funds into our HSBC bank. It is possible that some information transfered outside the EU region for credit card validation and authentication purposes.
Cookies are used when entering this web site to record the location from where each visitor arrived. This information is used for tracking visitors that come from our affiliate sites and marketing and optimisation purposes.
Each web page access is recorded in a log file. The contents of the log file are analysed each week and each month to determine how many visitors we serve, what pages they look at most, and from where they connect. This information is not shared with anyone outside our organisation.
