Invoicing

All our hosting packages are now invoiced in the same way via email.

Everyone who buys web hosting from us is entitled to some free email hosting. Because of our wide variety of web and email products, this is implemented in the form of a voucher. On your invoice you will see something similar to the following:

[A] Email Hosting                           £20.00   12   £240
[B] Full Price: £26.25    
[C] Package Discount: £6.25   
[D] Total Per Month: £20  

The top line [A] shows the amount due overall. If you have no web hosting with us, then this may be all that you will see on your invoice. This is calculated from the number of email units you are using.  Each 0.5Gb of email quota allocated uses 1 unit. In addition each "Full Zimbra" account requires an extra 4 units. 

Each unit is currently priced at £1.25 per month.

If you have web hosting then the next few lines work out your discounted email and any extra you may have to pay.

[B] Shows the full price that you would pay if you did not have any hosting with us.

[C] Shows the amount to be deducted from your bill because of the email included with your hosting.

[D] Shows the amount payable (if any) after any discount has been applied.

For many of our customers D works out to be £0 because all their email requirements are covered by their overall hosting bill.
