Monthly Support Contract - from £65*
Openia's monthly support contract offers a cost efficient and easy to budget solution. This is an ideal contract for companies and organisations that are using their online presence as an aggressive marketing tool. With a regular monthly fee, you have a guaranteed pool of support you can use at any time, for any query. You can even use excess support time for small development projects or improvements to your site. You are in control and can set the monthly amount according to your needs and usage.
With our monthly support contracts, you will have a named point of contact within the Openia team, who will take the lead in managing your requests. With our ticketed support system, you will always have your query dealt with quickly, even if your lead contact is away.
The team at Openia are happy to advise you about the level of support you may require for your website. Alternatively, you begin with a Pay-As-You-Go plan to better evaluate your requirements.
Pay-As-You-Go Plan - from £75*
Openia's Pay-As-You-Go support plan allows more flexibility for organisations on a limited budget, who receive funding in blocks, or who are not sure that they will require extra support on a regular basis. With a Pay-As-You-Go plan, you buy a block of support time in advance, which you can use at any time, for any query. It is possible to also use blocks of support for small development projects or minor improvements to your website.
As with our monthly support contracts, you will have a named point of contact within the Openia team, who will take the lead in managing your requests. With our ticketed support system, you will always have your query dealt with quickly, even if your lead contact is away.
Ad hoc support - from £95*
For those clients who do not yet want to commit to a support budget or who are technically confident, Openia offers ad hoc support time, there when you need it. To receive ad hoc support, simply send a message to our ticketed support system, and we will contact you with an estimate of the cost of the query, or establish a budget cap for an investigation.
* The figure reflects the chargeable hourly rate for each plan. For Monthly Contracts, minimum contract is 1 hour per month (£65). Unused support time can be rolled over for one month. Pay-As-You-Go is generally billed in 10-hour blocks (£750). Minimum charge for a support query on Monthly or Pay-As-You-Go support is 15 minutes, and additional support time is charged in 15-minute increments. The minimum charge for a support query using Ad hoc support is 1 hour (£95), which includes the first hours's work. Further work on the same query is charged in 20-minute increments.
